It's early Saturday morning and I feel like busting some myths wide open.
I'm aware that there are thousands of people who actually don't know what they are doing in the gym.
What I mean is they go to the gym and lift weights to lose weight. This is so wrong on all levels. When you lift weights, you build more muscle mass that actually weighs more than fat. Muscle fibers are more dense than fat cells.
When you lift weights you are essentially developing muscle endurance which means the more consistently you lift the easier it will become to lift that same measurement of weight.
When you make a routine out of running long distance, you will burn fat due to the sweating and heating up process your body undergoes from cardiovascular activities. As long as you don't intake more fat than you are burning you will shrink in fat quantity.
As you can see from my brief write up, there are two distinct differences in building any type of endurance (activity endurance) and losing Fat.
This is also the reason why the Preewraps body wraps work to shrink your size without much activity. The wraps detoxes your fat celks causing them to release the toxins that are making the fat cell big like an inflated balloon.
Of coarse, I would always recommend including a workout regiment to expedite fat lose and create a more chiseled athletic look.
