2. In a large bowl mix salmon with sea salt, black & Cayenne pepper, Garlic, Onion powder,Old Bay,Celery seeds, ground mustard,Dijon mustard,Worcestershire sauce,miracle whip*or mayo*, Beaten eggs, or flour, Add sauteed peppers & onion*mix ingredients, Add fresh Parsley.Mix, Add Italian bread crumbs, Mix
3. Scoop portions of salmon mixture from the bowl make into patties place on buttered or oiled pan Bake at a 350 temperature 15min on each side or till brown
Black bean Hummus:
1. Drain black beans reserve some of the liquid
2. Season beans with Onion,Garlic powder, ground cumin Cayenne pepper, Paprika,sea salt *cook on stove top till tender.
3.Saute and brown chopped garlic cloves add to cooked beans
4.Put beans in blender or food processor, Add lemon juice,*1 juiced one lemon* a little of the reserved bean liquid, 2~3 tablespoons of sesame tahini blend till smooth
Zucchini:
1.Saute garlic cloves & Red Onion til brown
2.Add chopped zucchini season lightly salt, onion garlic powder
3.Cook to desired tenderness
I used a pumpkin bread mix from Trader Joe's, it requires Eggs, Oil, and Water. It is absolutely delicious. I purchased two boxes to try it out, and ill be going back for more its a must have for the kitchen.
