Pasta: *I used organic whole wheat Linguine*
1. Bring water to boil
2. Once water is boiling rapidly, add pasta
3. cook for 8~10min
Sussage:
1. with a sharp knife cut sussage diagnoally into bite size peices.
2. Add sussage peices in teflon pan *Do not add butter or olive oil*
3. Brown sussage,on medium heat
4. Once browned add to onion garlic suatee
Ground Meat:
1. Add ground meat to teflon pan
2.Seaon with light Sea salt*or Salt* garlic & onion pwder
3. Once browned add to sussage & sautee *cook for 5~10min*
4. Drain greace
5. Add Red Sauce
6.Cook & cover on very low heat for 15~20min
1. Set oven to boil
2.Butter bread with "I Can't Beleive Its Not Butter" or spreadble butter of choice
3.Sprinkle with garlic powder
4. place in oven till brown
*Garnish pasta with grated parmesean or Romano Cheese*
