1. Individualy rinse scallops & shrimp in cold water pat dry with papper towel set aside
2.Chop onion's, scallions, garlic sautee a portion reserveing the rest for noodles sautee in "I Can't Beleive It's Not Butter"* or olive il* use enough butter or oil to semi saturate shrimp & scallops when added
3.Add scallops & shrimp to browned sauted onions & Garlic Stir
4. Add 3 1/2 table sppons of oyster sauce stir cook for 3min
5. Add a small spalsh of sesame oil *if your using cooking wine add at this time red or white works well*
6.Cover cook on low heat for 10min
1. Add noodles to boiling water directions say cook for 8~10min *Do not over cook I did mine for 8min
2. Pour into strainer drain & rinise in cold water
3. Add noodles to sauted onion's & garlic *brown garlic*
4. Add 2tablespoons oyster sauce & dash of sesame oil Stir in hot wok or pan for 3min
